This pharmacy refused to give me the brand of medication that I typically get because of ‘cost’ despite physically showing me that they had the medication in stock. Then on another occasion they refused to give me my prescription even though I didn’t take the medication from the pharmacy and when they finally gave my prescription to me they kept a part of my prescription. It seems as if this may be because they want to claim money from the NHS by not giving patients their medication.

The pharmacy has forgotten to order my mum's medication again! This keeps happening, and I can't be the only one suffering from this. My mum gets weekly medication for her epilepsy, stroke etc. - and several times in the last year the pharmacy has forgotten to order my mother's medication! There is nothing in place to prevent this from happening in the future, and they did not care that this has happened. It happened again today, no reason given and no solution to prevent this. Each time my mum doesn't have a medication on that day, she gets really ill and it takes her a couple of days to recover. It's so dangerous and they do not care at all. AVOID PHARMACY AND GET PERSCRIPTIONS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! One last thing - this pharmacy knows that a lot of the population in Southall speak little English, and won't ever file a complaint. This means they can get away with alot of mistakes etc and never feel repercussions, I think there would be even more complaints if there were more people confident with their English. PLEASE AVOID PHARMACY

My mum relies heavily on medication and her prescription wasn't ready on time. When we eventually asked where it was, we were told that there was a problem with ordering it and she has to wait for it to be ordered. Nobody told us, we had to wait until the very last day to chase them up, thinking it would be ready by now. This isn't the first time it's happened either. If there's a problem with your system or someone hasn't ordered it, you have an obligation to tell us. Now it seems we have to check up on you to make sure you're ordering medicines on time. There wasn't even a manager to talk to. Very disappointed with this service as you guys have been good in the past.
