I signed up for PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner 5 day course with 2 exams. The course and the tutor were EXCELLENT, as was the first paper based exam. However, the admin part of the second Practitioner exam that has changed to online is absolutely appalling. Knowledge Academy and People Cert are involved and no one in the respective organisations actually knows what the other one is doing. Customer service at Knowledge Academy is so bad it is unbelievable. They have an option to leave a review when you ring, promise to resolve the issue yet nothing happens or another issue comes up. Unacceptable for a place that teaches management methodology.

Excellent course, very well delivered by Norma Hart of theknowledgeacademy. Focused on the exam requirements and gave you the feeling every day that your grasp of the material was improving. I got a good pass in the end, and learned a lot. Refreshments (tea / coffee) need improvement, but overall very good value for money.
