What a practice you get treated like a dog. My dog gets better service at her vets. The staff make you feel worst than you already do because you have called in the middle of there coffee or sleep time. And as for the doctor calling you back you can wait for up to a week. Really really poor customer service.

Contact with them is a tragedy. If you call, you always wait more than 10 minutes and usually disconnect me after this time. They sleep or drink coffee there. If you want to make an appointment, it's better to go at 8:00, otherwise you will not get through. My opinion 1of 5. because I can not give 0.

Staff have absolute no respect for their patients here. Attitude at the front desk is a disgrace, absolutely no compassion or sympathy what so ever. Absolutely sick of them getting things wrong all the time and somehow it’s the patients fault. Definitely leaving this place, there is no point in this “surgery” what so ever; especially when you have to wait 30 mins on hold at 8am and then either get cut off or Told sorry you cannot be seen.

Absolutely shocking service, all i want is some stronger pain killers had an operation yesterday i have to "wait" for the doctor to call me or was told to contact 111 absolutely disgusting, reception just do not care. To add insult to injury they just sent me a text saying the doctor will call me tomorrow absolutely pathetic playing with people's health like this.

After calling up to make an appointment and being offered one on the same day then denied the appointment, to then try and prebook an appointment to be again told no, and to not be listened to, then yes I have a ‘tone’. This apparent ‘tone’ comment was relayed to my father. If I could give this abysmal practice a zero I would. Example, having to go to Walsall manor to get a prescription because Drs had not signed it, even though it was ordered with plenty of time, medication which you cannot just stop, may add to the ‘tone’. Better off finding a good vet than using this ‘service’.
