Dr Nayan Patel is a great doctor, but unfortunately he has now left this surgery, which is why I cannot award five stars.Other doctors are also very good, but I cannot get an appointment with them easily. Please, please recruit more good doctors, who give patients time and also work enough sessions to get a booking with them when needed. Dr Nayan Patel was an asset to this surgery and it is such a pity that he left. It will be difficult to replace him.

Half bedridden and in a lot of pain for two days, so I called to make an emergency appointment and am given one (took all my details etc). As I turn up at my allocated time to check in and hardly able to breathe, I'm told that I have no appointment, can't see a doctor and that I would have to take a slot the next day. This place is built purely to waste time

Both Dr G. Golden and Dr M. Abu are Outstanding Doctors in my opinion whom I Highly Recommend.

Dr Abu and golden surgery is the most worst surgery to get appointments they never have appointments to see the doctors and when you call at 8am to book an emergency appointment ‘they place your call on hold and then cut the call’ when you call them after 8am then they the receptionists are so rude and say we don’t have appointments call tomorrow morning. Out of urgency I always have to end up in A&E. I would advice everyone not to register to this surgery.

Theres only one receptionist lady at the time, the phone rings non stop. As I noticed: 1 patient/1 phone call/1 patient/1 phone call So basically she can answer for every second call, which means we have to wait if she pick up the phone, and others have to wait if she talking to us. Didn't have other problem apart from booking appointment

Reception is awful, never pick up and if they do during a miracle then they decide to show attitude and be rude. I was number 1 in the queue on the phone for 30minutes, clearly tells me they don't care and don't pick up. Doctors are okay but like I said they make sure you go thru hell and back to get an appointment

Today I had an appointment with my little girl at Dr. Abu's who after 2 min consulting told me that she has a cyst where I had questions about what to do, will need surgery and he very directly tells me that he is very busy, I can't to believe how rude it can be ,they forgot what their job is is paid from our money it is not possible such a thing is unbelievable, I am very worried for my child and doctors comes to work for nothing, I'm very disappointed!,For what they are doctors if they can't help us!! SHAME!!!!

Dr Abu has to be the worst doctor alive... Avoid tthis surgery like the plague. My son is autisic and putting himself in danger and it's taken 6 months for him to fax the referral over even though I've been ringing every week. The only reason he's faxed it over today was because he messed up and I so happened to be at the surgery for a injection, which I waited week for but wasn't in stock. Putting in a complaint asap to the medical health ombudsman AVOID! This practice needs to be closed down asap.

Worst service providing. Never receives call at reception.

If you want to die come here... It's like having assisted suicide the Dr's and reception are that lazy!
