Very bad service of manicure. the person next to me got her nails done and redone in 1/3 of the time

1/ 5

Very bad service of manicure. the person next to me got her nails done and redone in 1/3 of the time. I stayed 2h and at the end still not even filed properly. A second person came over and tried to save the moment but already late, never more! Not even a gel for cuticules removal, no proper tools for manicure, no désinfection of the tools....the list of disappointment is endless.
