It was a great Service! Although as a man I felt it more gentle to what I needed, which is more related to my taste to be receive a more direct treatment.

Went here last week for a body massage and facial treatment in the Penthouse as a Christmas present. Absolutely wonderful. My therapist Emily was professional and friendly and the whole experience for my friend and myself was amazing.

Elemis sent my items to the wrong address. They could not be bothered to bothered to send me replacements or at least a good will gesture. Instead I had to get my money back from my credit card company.

Amazing space in central London to get away from it all. The speed spa in the basement is a serene and relaxing space where you can have quick facials, manicures and pedicures. They also have massage rooms upstairs. Well stocked on the shop floor if you want to buy anything after treatments. A great space to get half an hour away from London life.

Very nice and relaxed facials, the skin felt amazing after. Very clean and relaxing place. The only thing that wasn't pleasant to me, was the attendant saying they added a £15 tip for the professional when I went to pay. She was amazing but I think we are already paying a high price for that and the tip should be given at the client's discretion and not put there to make you feel embarrassed to say "no".

I had the most wonderful massage by Sarah, felt thoroughly relaxed after. The treatment rooms were very elegant and staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend house of elemis

I had the deep tissue massage by Suphaphon and she was lovely. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and I’ll definately be back!

I enjoyed my spa treatment here last week. The staff members were polite and professional from the moment you step through the doors. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with the lady it was just perfect. Will definitely be returning again and again.
