I've just replaced my windows and front door and am very happy to recommend this company. From the door canvasser, salesman Ronan, Surveyor and two great fitters Paul and Philip, all who I found to be extremely courteous. The fitters did an excellent job exactly to my spec. and tidied up after themselves. I have already noticed the difference in my home with the sound and heat. Very happy with the overall price and workmanship.

Thank you home design group for a fantastic service. I originally seen your advert on Facebook and contacted them about my elderly parents windows and doors. My mother is suffering from dementia and strange people in the home cause alot of confusion so any visits had to prearranged, This company where so understanding and did everything above and beyond to accommodate our situation. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for Home Improvements, the rep was so knowledgeable, the back office people where on point and the fitters are a credit to the industry.

I would strongly advise anyone reading this to think very carefully about using this Company, they pitch an upmarket bespoke service and price accordingly. Unfortunately what they deliver is an uncoordinated, shambolic and decidedly underwhelming product. I have instigated legal proceedings against this Company so will refrain from further comment at this time but felt obliged to warn other potential customers of the dangers involved in dealing with this Company.

Just bought a new apartment and had to replace a few windows and doors and these guys were great! Very friendly fitters and great products!

We had a very negative experience with this company. We had a list of snags to be fixed (fitters neglected to notice after initial install and we had to point them out!), sills fitted badly on top of rotten wood and needed redone (we were told that they had never seen them done like that before!) resulting in damaged walls, window air vents left uncovered. Snag guys could hardly believe how sills had been done. To date nearly 4 months later we have been left with exposed brickwork to the exterior after a knock out. After numerous calls and emails back and forward for months to try and get builder out to make good as was agreed, (he apparently called twice to take a look but never returned to do the work) we are 4 months later still waiting on a builder to come and make good and this is how this company has left the exterior of our property. You can see from the photos how they have left us! I am going to have to source a tradesman to fix up how they have left the back of my house as it is apparent no-one is coming. We have been terribly let down. I would not recommend them at all. The sales pitch is good, the products are good but we were badly let down by the fitting. No point in paying top end for products when you receive below average fitters. Be very cautious.

The salesman was professional and knew the product well he gave very good advice and helped us design a new large door that when installed was exactly what we envisaged or even better. The installation was carried out by Chris who did a great job efficiently and promptly. He is a great guy who made every effort to give us an excellent finished product. The door itself looks great and performs really can't until winter to feel how warm our hall will be. Karen who arranged the installation was very good and has a great personality was friendly and has a good sense of humour. Thanks to the whole team for a great end product. Jackie

Great service from start to finish, no fuss, no hassle. Had a new front door and patio doors installed, the fitter Sebastian came when he said he would, did an excellent job, not a bit of mess left behind. Great quality and great prices. We will hopefully be back soon for our new windows! Thanks everyone

Perhaps I should have included some detail. With regards to the response issue, my fitting date for the first order of Windows was around the beginning of September. There were numerous fitting errors which after many back and forward calls and texts were only resolved in their entirety at the beginning of December. It took one of the management team to come and see for himself the shambolic fitting done by Reggie. If you get this guy, you might want to look closely at his work. Not good. I cannot fault Sebastian or Ciaran as fitters. With regards to the second order of Windows and doors, it took 4 months to come. That might have been due to supply issues, but it held up every other aspect of the works at my house, and in the end it cost me dearly. They were promised by the end of October but again didn't come until December. The product is good but the company needs a lesson in after sales and customer support. Quite funny when the reply to my negative rating was to ask me to contact the office to discuss the matter...on several occasions when I tried to contact the office ref the many problems, I could never get anyone on the line. I spent almost 13k with HDG. Not good enough guys. Martin

Well what a company , ordered from the smooth talking so n so who sat in my house for over 3hrs , telling us we can deliver this and that and on time ordered in June to be fitted in October, work didn't start until December and then bummed and blowed how well they look after you , what an absolute joke they are , actually had a pm from a stranger warning me about their service , then rang the office and they assured me everything will be fine, I changed my facias and soffits from oak to white and was told there would be a considerable amount of money to come of and it wasn't a problem, well what a lie that was ,I have never been so disappointed and let down as much as we have from this company I would def never recommend this company to anyone , they have taken more money of us than they should have and practically laughed down the phone at us, so n so is definitely not a guy to take your business to and hand over money to , once done you will definitely see another side of this guy and its not a very nice side , please be careful before you order. Contact me personally and I'll be quite happy to give his name..........after writing this review as I promised if the work was done and things where sorted out I would leave another review thanku to Stuart at home design for sorting out the money side and rectifying the cost as you said you would you've been great but I especially want to thank roofline pro for an absolute fantastic job on our facias and soffits your work is out standing you went above and beyond thanku so much guys.
