Saw Dr Emma this morning and she was amazing, she knew I was really nervous and completely put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing, and gave me a really detailed view of my X-rays, explained everything well etc… Her advice was measured and really sensible, she gave me the facts without being alarming, and was generally really reassuring! Would totally recommend you see Dr Emma if you’re a nervous patient! Receptionists we’re friendly and efficient, plus they called me to confirm the day before.

Been meaning to do this review for a while, never got around to it. I had a bad experience many years back with a lady Dentist I can't remember the name of (back when they were in the old building), so much so it put me even more off checkups for a while (I was already nervous about the appointment and it went in the worst way with no help). But in recent years I had to go again and as a nervous patient, I saw Dr Emma. Wow. She is amazing if you're anxious like I was. Her whole aura put me at ease and her explaining and empathy was great. I've also had a few phone consultations with her and everytime she helped me out. I strongly advise Dr Emma if you're not usually a fan of dentists, she'll change your mind I'm sure! She was very patient with me and just seems generally nice. Wish I had seen her that very first time!!

I joined Bupa Dental Care in Ealing due to the distance to my house. Having joined, I have been very impressed by Dr Omair Khalid - he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This led me to decide to commit to my Invisalign procedure with him which I would highly recommend. Unlike normal dentists, he really seems to care about his patients. He follows up and is always on hand for any questions and always goes the extra mile - I would highly recommend.

I need to write this to say a huge thank you to Isabel Szyszko and her nurse who recently bonded my teeth to give me a smile that I can now be proud of. I have hated my teeth for years and in an hour and a half she has restored my confidence and I can smile without feeling self conscious anymore. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Julia Hammill

I lost a filling so I made an appointment at Bupa Dental Care Haven Green. I was told the cost for repairing my tooth would be well over £1,000. I asked about the option of having it extracted. The dentist told me on national health it would cost £65 – but added that she 'wasn't very experienced extracting teeth' and she would need to book a one hour appointment. She said I may prefer to do it privately with a dentist who's more experienced at extractions and it would probably only take them 15 mins. The cost would be £300. The next day I called the reception to ask if I could book an appointment as a national health patient to have my tooth extracted by an experienced dentist. I was told that I couldn't have a different dentist as a national health patient. I was told that my dentist could write a letter to refer me to a hospital. That was over 2 weeks ago. I've been told 'the dentist is on sick leave' and 'the dentist is very busy' and I may have to 'wait a long time' to get a referral letter. In the meantime, I now have an infection which has also affected my ears and sinuses. I've been in constant pain for the past week and have not been able to work on some days.
