I had my hair done here yesterday. I had a total re style by Leah and absolutely love it! I had a warm welcoming upon arrival, i was offered tea and a magazine whilst i had my hair done. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend :)

The best hair cutting in Cambridge.

Appalling service! Really disappointed.....had 9 am appointment on Saturday, got there in time and was told the hairdresser has left her job and can't be seen by anyone else as they are fully booked. No one bothered to contact me to let me know not to undertake the journey.

I've been going here for years to get my hair cut and it's never looked as I've wanted it to but I can't drive and it's the nearest hairdresser so I put up with it. But recently I went to get my fringe cut before my sisters wedding and asked for it to be just below my eyebrows. The dumb witch who cut my hair went about an inch above my eyebrows I started crying while she was doing it and she kept going. What kind of idiot do you have to be to not listen to clients and then carry on when they start crying. I now look appalling for my sisters wedding next week! I'd rather do it myself than give this company any more money.
