3/ 5

Have been attending the centre for the last 4 months and have had a reasonably pleasant experience. Doesn't really get too busy. Early mornings at around 5am are ideal. 3- 8pm are usual peak times. Only complaint is the lack of initiative from staff in dealing with maintenance related issues. Ceiling was leaking while users next to leak were using heavy weights. Could be easily a slip hazard for a user. Otherwise it is a reasonable gym with the basic gym equipment. There are a range of classes from circuits and yoga sessions which run regularly.

The gates are not enough. They do not have upper-chest or lower-chest and even standing calf muscles exercise machin. The dumples are not always clean and they are not in order. For example if you want to find a 6kg dimples you have to search every where. I do not like this experience. Furthermore, the smith machine is ussually occupied. They should add another one.

I only really go there for the free Yoga sessions on Saturdays, but the staff are kind and helpful. The location is well place with a tesco and aldi nearby as well as bus stops and a train station opposite the gym.

Great value for money.Located just off the high street - for after work out coffees. Love the free parking and 24 hours opening. A bit crowded (even at 6 am) but that is to be expected - but no shortage of work out equipment. There is an Amazon collection point too. The equipment maintenance could do with improvement, the cushioning is either cracking or worn out on most machines. Like I said - terrific value for money. I will certainly not be going anywhere else.
