In the first 3 month of using the gym I had only positive experience. If you know what you are doing, you just walk in and carry on with your training, instructors are also available. Free weights area gets a bit crowded in the evenings(like in most other gyms) but if you are after cardio or resistance machines there are tons of them. Classes are getting introduced adding a variety to the whole experience.

Decent equipment, clean, friendly. Seems to always be busy. Very difficult to get a bench most days I go. Weekend is impossible. The Live capacity updates are good but it always seems to say "busier than usual" whenever I look to go. It said the same today at 7am, 8am and no doubt will say the same at 9am. I think the 24/7 aspect of the gym as well as the price means that there are lots of people able to attend which is why it hardly ever "quieter than normal." Going to pay a bit extra for a quieter gym.
