5/ 5

Been going here on and off for about 5 years. Always returned to this place as it is the best value for money. Staff are helpful if you ask a question! It's clean and well spaced. Yes, like most it gets busy at peak times but due to location it's to be expected!

2/ 5

Equipment has recently been removed, leaving few steppers and core weight machines - the virtual ride bikes are now gone. Wiping down of equipment by members is rarely done or enforced, despite the eventual introduction of cleaning materials after I raised the issue several times pre-Covid. The gym is frequently closed for mysterious renovations, and in the past has hosted baffling events such as hot food demos and loud DJ sessions while members are trying to work out. Fair enough that this is a no-frills gym - price, 24-hour access and having a separate exercise space after a year of running around my local park are pretty much the only reasons I'm still a member - but the management could make more effort to address concerns and improve safety and comfort for everyone involved.

5/ 5

This is a good gym in the city centre. Not much wrong with it, good value and has been a mainstay since 2015. Like most places, the place can become crowded and the weights section is popular. This place has been refurbished relatively recently. The staff are always helpful and willing.
