Terrible. Bathroom is abnormally small, the drain is next to the toilet. Overpriced compared to nearby competition. Just before Christmas 2018 my entire flat abs building was flooded, had to move to the townhouse, inconveniently. Still charged for the rate of flat even though I wasn’t living in there for 3 odd weeks. Communication was just as bad, just this month (June 2019) there was no notification or email whatsoever that there would be no water and they didn’t know for how long. The heating was turned off automatically at specific times if the day. This was a problem because this is Bradford, it’s nearly always cold. It’s located in such a derelict location, my bedroom view was just abhorrent. It still amazes how the toilet and “shower” were next to each other, the shower stupidly had no door. The rooms are clearly not cleaned and inspected for upcoming residents. The accommodation is dirty, have seen countless rats. My kitchen had no bin, had to ask repeatedly. I have honestly lost the count of the amount of time my cooker wasn’t working, especially on the weekend and during exam season. Wouldn’t allow my worst enemy to live here. It also takes hours, sometimes days for the water from the shower to completely go down the drain. It’s not ideal to use the toilet and water still be present. If I could I would give it no stars, simple.

EDIT 2: My bathroom is being looked at and hopefully will be fixed soon! Will give another star accordingly. EDIT: I was in a bad mood and very harsh. The staff are exceptionally friendly and understanding which is why this has been bumped up to three. Very friendly staff, which is why this is two stars, but that's about it. Put in a repair request about 2 weeks to a month ago since the shower room floor is not watertight and is still sloshing when I step on it even though my last shower was over 2 weeks ago (due to needing to temporarily return home). Today I found mold on my spare toilet paper as a result. Also there is a girl who lives in the same corridor as me who moved in, in September, who smokes in her room to the point that it hits me like a truck when I enter the corridor. On my end, it seems like the staff have done absolutely nothing since it's now mid-November and she's still doing it. As someone with hypersensitivity due to autism, with this including smell, I am in hell. Also the beds are not beds, they are bricks. Even my mother, who likes hard beds, commented on how tough they are when she sat on mine when helping me move in. Do not recommend unless you need somewhere close to the uni to live due to disability (like I do).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give less I would. Ive had nothing but problems. I had to cancel my lease for a property I've never set foot in or collected the keys for, when my course start date changed due to covid. I was told they would pass it on to landlord. Never heard anything. Then I started getting emails telling me I'm in arrears for the property. Called up to ask what's going on, it's like they read from a script and can't deviate from it so you go round in circles and accomplish nothing. They said to pay whilst the landlord makes his decision or they would take me to court. £4000 later at the end of the tenancy they haven't released my deposit. More calls later apparently the landlord decided to deny my cancellation and pocket the money even though I gave the notice it says in my contract. They have sent me absolutely nothing to tell me this. I only know by calling , when they decide they want to answer, I've asked to appeal that decision, I may be outside the appeal time but since I have been given no record of any of it, I don't have anything else to go by. I asked for the info I would need 2 months ago I've received nothing. Now they don't answer their phones at all so I am hoping I can get their attention this way. I am reporting them to the ombudsman. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
