Hunting for the perfect engagement ring, Maurice couldn’t have been more honest and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, he invited us to try lots of rings on, answering lots of questions, his knowledge is unsurpassed. This gentleman scoured us exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction for resetting, valuations and insurance. Two more incredibly happy customers. Had my screw bangle posted out to me and received it before 1pm the next day. Amazing quality it’s so beautiful and just what I wanted and such a lovely piece for a really fair price. Can’t thank one particular staff member who was so patient with me and helped me get what I wanted just before Christmas.
