Fun and friendly pub. Always a good meeting place. Great mix of people. Nice food and pretty easy going! A good local pub. T.V. screens for sports and out door space too, with modern booths big enough for a medium group of revellers in each booth. The garden is a good sun trap too for day time drinkers during sunny days!

Great service on Mother's Day. Hadn't booked a table, but managed to accommodate us. Every member of staff went out of their way to check we had everything we needed. Really made us feel welcome. Great service, but not over the top. Perfect

Fairly recently refurbished pub. Lots of space. Good range of drinks. A bit of a football pub during the season but without the air of menace you get in some. All fans welcome and the bright, airy look of the place contributes to an all round good experience.

Yesterday we had a staff Christmas lunch and it was wonderful. I loved the decorations, they were very thoughtful. I love how we had 2 separate long tables, the layout was great. The food was tasty as always and everyone else enjoyed their meal. The staff were very kind with their service. Thank you to all of the staff that was involved with preparing our Christmas menu, it was a very enjoyable. Finally, I definitely recommend The Globe Pub.
