I came here for a meal one evening while staying in Tideswell on holiday. They have adapted well to the Covid regulations and the staff were friendly and efficient. A good choice of typical pub food, well cooked and plenty of it at reasonable prices. I will definitely return here next time I'm in this part of the world

Popped in for a quick drink as we were staying in the village for a few days. On arrival was impressed with the happiness and organisation of staff in these crazy covid times. While having a drink we decided to have a meal. Happened to be pie night as well. Had the homemade steak and ale pie. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. definitely recommend this place. Brilliant food and brilliant staff. A1 all round 👍👍👍

I booked in to the b&b, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfy, the room was a good size and the breakfast was of a high quality - overall really good value for money, and a great base to explore the peak district from. I gave the dinner a go one evening, and had one of the nicest burgers I've had in a pub in years. And the hosts were excellent throughout. I'll definitely be back.
