The Garnethill Centre run a side business of renting out knackered flats to students and people on low incomes. They are very slimy landlords who tried to charge us illegal fees, refused to make essential repairs and tried to blame tenants for their damp problems and broken white goods. At one point I had to make the argument to them that the mould problems were so severe in our bathroom that the flat was classed by the charity Shelter as "unfit for human habitation". The time they did actually perform maintenance work in one of our bedrooms they hired a contractor who trashed the room, threw belongings across the floor and damaged our possessions. They never apologised to us, refunded us or repaired anything. I wouldn't be surprised if they've actually driven a few people to therapy through their renting practises. Avoid.
