Excellent company, really pleased with the door. It was installed efficiently with no mess and installer very polite.

I like to check out companies before I use them and this one has the worst reviews all over the internet, look at reviews before you buy!. In this case do not buy!

Absolutely horrendous service from start to finish - came to install our door over 4 weeks ago - had to pay in full before install , the surveyer measured the space incorrectly apparently so door couldn't be fitted that day. 3 more visits by the company (taking days off work each time) and every occasion something else is wrong with parts they bring, so after paying out almost £1200 we still have an incomplete/unworking door! Oh and the Customer service/aftercare is appalling, they do not communicate at all, I have had to call them so many times as they don't call when they say they will! even the regional managers emails lack any responsibility or care ! I would suggest to anybody AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

My initial experience with this company was fine. Everyone was reasonably polite and came out when they said they would. The fitting went relatively smoothly, although one of the boards they brought to finish off the top of the door was the wrong size so the fitter came back the following week to put the correct one in - he told me the surveyor had measured incorrectly. After about 6 months however I noticed the door was pulling out of the wall (images attached). Looking closer they had used about 6 screws on each side, had no raw plugs and about half the fixings went into mortar rather than brick - which had then crumbled and allowed the screw to fall out. I contacted the company, initially by email as they were shut when I noticed the issue, received a partial response asking for my post code which I'd already provided. I answered with this again, received no response so instead rang the company the next day. The person in the office denied the person who'd emailed me existed, so I re-explained my problem to her. She arranged fitters to come out - however there was a weeks delay before they could come. They have now come and rectified the problem and I'm hoping there won't be further issues. The reason I'm only giving them 2 stars however is no one has apologised for the poor fitting job, admitted it probably should have been done to a better standard, or made any suggestion they are going to re-train their fitters to do it properly in future. I'd therefore avoid this company as they will quite probably do a shoddy job on the next house as well.

Fitted an electric roller garage door for me 2weeks ago, Paid 50% deposit up front for the door and was told the remaining balance would be due on completion of the work, had a phone call a couple of days prior to the installation asking for payment in full before the work was complete if not they wouldn’t fit the door, being in the trade myself I have never been paid in full before I have started a job so was concerned when they asked as I didn’t know the quality of the garage door companies work but had no choice but to pay. After the installation I noticed the following problems 1 they had left part of the old rotten frame in place rather than removing it and fitting soffit fascia, it was left loose and not secure 2 hadn’t fixed the roller door cover on properly screws were missing cover was hanging off 3 had not fitted a manual release to open the door as it was the only access into the garage but had been charged for it 4 left the wires from the roller door with 3m of excess cable hanging down with no cable clips to make a tidy job 5 part of the garage door fell off first time I used it 6 installers turned up 3 hours late without an apology or phone call to let us know All of the above problems were rectified the following day apart from another piece of trim which was missing after 4 phone calls of trying to chase this up was promised someone would call me back and have been fobbed off each time with no call back the problem of the missing trim is still ongoing Can now fully understand why this firm wants payment up front for the work prior to it being done

very good communication from the office- Megan-.. good on price .. when the lads called with the ETA very polite and introduced himself and when they got there did the same again and explained what they are going to do.. only negative was i was booked for a PM appointment but when the lads called they said i was there first job.. it was ok for me as i only work 5 minutes from home and i can pop out... they did offer to move it to late dinner 1230 ish but that didn't work for me.. all in all very good

Fitted to a high standard really quickly. Clean and tidy. Fitters really friendly and informative. Looks great.

Excellent product with excellent service. Door looks so good I wished we had bought it years ago. Door is much more secure than our old door too. Very speedy installation and they even supplied an extension cable to reach our socket. We are very happy customers :)

Excellent experience, great product. Staff are well trained, both on the phone and face to face, highly recommended.

I arranged for someone to come and give me a quote for some side hinged garage doors. A few days prior to the appointment I received the brochures, with the door choices on and the company details. When the surveyor came out, I believe that he was called Paul, we discussed the options, he measured up and within about ten minutes we had a price. We paid a fifty percent deposit and was told that they would be about five weeks coming in to be fitted. It actually took about five and a half weeks and we arranged a fitting time. On the day the fitters rang to say they were on the way. There were two of them, who worked cleanly and efficiently, they were finished in just over an hour. I have a great looking pair of garage doors that I can use without fear of them falling off, unlike my old up an over door. Also they should be fairly low maintenance which is ideal for my health situation ! I was very happy from start to finish. Very happy with the four people that I dealt with from the company. I also paid the ballance on completion. All done and dusted in under six weeks.
