Cannot thank staff enough! Unfortunately I fainted right in front of the line today**, however the manager was on hand immediately helping me up into a chair, phoning a medic, helping me move away from the crowd when I could and then sat with me for the next 1hr and a half (all whilst serving customers from his seat) to make sure I was okay whilst we waited for a medic. Another staff member also handed me a cooling spray to use when I came back around, which helped a lot. They went above and beyond to help a customer in an embarrassing situation, and I'm super thankful. (They even sorted out my asos return for me!) **(not a comment on the wait - which was very reasonable - or the temperature, I'd not long before got my ears pierced and my body seemed to react to this a little later.)

The new post office in WHS is an absolute mess. Only one poor girl looking after 8 self serve systems and one other at the kiosks at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. What a mess!

Overall it’s not bad, but every time I enter the place there Is ‘one person only’ serving and another trying manage everyone using self service. Sometimes a third person tries to supervise, and today I was told to wait behind another guy being served. It took forever with one employee trying to accommodate this chap - so I went ahead to the self checkout as I didn’t have time to wait for 30 minutes. Luckily I was able to work out what to do there. I feel for the short staff issues to be honest, and I don’t really get a system where you have to wait for them to take away your parcel for you when you can easily place the item somewhere. Needs tweaking.

Extremely rude staff on self service ( just because your busy doesn't mean you can ignore people) checkout and they told me to leave my parcel " on the side" meaning any member of the public could have picked up my high value parcel. I expect better from Royal Mail

Absolute joke of a post office run by incompetent and lazy workers. Your opening hours on Google and website both indicate that you’re open for business on Saturday and Sunday. However, when I popped by this weekend to get my parcels sent, both WHSmith and the post office were shut, and tons of people were waiting outside wondering what has happened. I’m not even sure if you guys are still open for business at all - since your store sign says you’re “temporarily closed” If this has changed, at least have the bloody courtesy and respect to change the opening hours listed online. There’s also no hotline to call so I wouldn’t waste my time going down. The post office has probably shut for good.
