Recently visited (August 2021), deep muscle massage, was brilliant, best I’ve ever had. The gym was well appointed and I enjoyed a great swim with the family as well as relaxing in the sauna and steam room, just what was needed. The property is idyllic, in a great country retreat location. Staff are warm and welcoming, very polite and helpful. The homemade catering is fantastic. Highly recommend this. I will be returning very soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent trip to this spa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we celebrated a family member’s birthday there. The relaxation room was nicely decorated and very calming, with everything that you could want to hand. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area. Will absolutely be making a return visit!

Really nice treatments and over all day! The mud chamber was slightly disappointing as we were expecting something different however still nice! The swimming pool was lovely as were the other facilities we used, although they were small we were practically the only ones there so really didn’t impact our day. Some of the staff were really nice, kind and welcoming. However some of the younger members made us feel a little bit awkward however I think that is due to age. Overall really amazing day and will be returning! 🥰🥰🥰

Baffled by a lot of the decent reviews on here!! Had a spa day here with my mum. The experience was quite a bit less than what we were hoping for unfortunately. There was confusion around what treatments we’d booked, even though I’d done it via their website and also had a phone call to confirm them too. Mum and I had the treatments side by side in the same room despite their being lots of rooms clearly available, and the room we were in had a very jarring bright light making the experience less than soothing, although the treatments themselves were nice. The afternoon tea was ok, nothing special at all. The cafe itself was very dull, lacked any atmosphere, and staff ate their lunch at the tables next to us which seemed odd.. The relaxation room was alright, music was very loud and not particularly relaxing. The staff were friendly enough but most of them were very young, got the feeling they couldn’t really be bothered, and were seen to be sat about chatting a lot of the time. We did like the pool and jacuzzi but not enough to want to return sadly. This place is definitely more of a glorified gym than anything else, there’s plenty of *actual* luxury spas around Suffolk that really know what they’re doing..book elsewhere if I were you!
