I’d give 5 stars if there wasn’t confusion with locations but overall the ladies that I met today were very sweet and friendly. I was told to go to the YMCA but wasn’t told it was the youth centre so I was a bit late for my appointment but that wasn’t an issue and like I said the women I met were very nice and helpful.

Don't look into the negative reviews too much. We all know the NHS is under pressure and waiting times are becoming longer and longer but for a free service can we really complain ? The nurses were very caring on both visits only thing I hated was having to wait to have sex after my implant was put in looool but that's my own personal issues and none of the staff. I also got checked while I was there and I didn't feel uncomfortable telling them my sexual history as they are very professional. I'd recommend this place .

Was slightly worried about attending this clinic after all the negative reviews. When I rang then clinic they told me to turn up half an hour before they open as there is normally long ques. Although there was a long waiting time the nurse i initially met was non judgmental, kind and caring. I also met another nurse and doctor who where again, compassionate. I saw people being turned away to the walk in to be told to return the same afternoon to be seen. I also had no trouble booking appointments.

I think I would have given 5 stars had I not had a similar experience as others in that the phone lines were near impossible to get through on. I was cut off several times. Each time I did speak to someone though they were always helpful and polite. I was booked in for a coil removal as I had been referred by my GP. After reading the reviews online I really didn't know what to expect as a lot of the reviews made it sound horrific. I can honestly say I had a good experience. I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early, I was given my paper work and asked to sit down in the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean. Once I handed my paper work back I was called through within minutes. I was lead into a side room with two members of staff. The nurse took my details and explained the whole procedure to me. I was asked to undress, they gave me privacy to do so and talked me through the whole process. Whilst I was on the bed the nurse explained the sensation I should experience and spoke slowly and calmly as she could see I was anxious. The whole procedure took less than 30 seconds. There was no pain it was just mildly uncomfortable. I was given some follow up advice and sent on my way. The staff I encountered walking through the building were also friendly and approachable and the whole clinic was spotless and they followed covid-19 regulations. I would definitely use this service again.

I have been trying to get through to my go since Christmas with no luck, record of 300 redials just this morning to try and get through, so gave up and called here, spoke to a really lovely and helpful guy who offered me an appointment but also gave me another number to call to try and get in earlier. I called at 9, got through and got a same day appointment no trouble. The lady on reception and the doctor were so friendly and helpful

Appalling. I have been trying to book an appointment for months and have never managed to get through on the phone line. This time I got through after along wait on hold to be spoken to rudely. I wasted to call the nurse between 9-11. The line is busy and no hold system is in place. when the phone does finally ring it is not picked up. A system needs to be put in place here. They have no problem leaving you on hold for hours on there other number and people don't have the time to 'just keep calling back'. I'm starting to wonder if the place actually exists as a medical centre as they never seem available. Customer service training is definitely needed for their staff
