Today was the first meeting of the Monday Men’s Club after 20 months due to COVID-19. The refurbished spacious Main Hall is stunning! Spacious, decorated and furnished to the highest standard enhanced by outstanding artefacts depicting Portishead. Facilities are outstanding. Designed to serve the present age….with media to Match. Truly outstanding and is a must visit! This is a proud time for Portishead. Heartiest Congratulations on an outstanding refurbishment. Special thanks to Pet (in the Upstairs Office) for super efficiency and giving us all the help to make it happen. Then to Caretaker John for setting up…guiding us on Audio Visual and logistics…Brilliant. And how good for Councillor Robert Bull for his part in making us welcome…you all added to a memorable morning…the facility is a great enhancement and on behalf of the MMC know that it will receive the support it deserves along with the fascinating exhibits professionally displayed! Must be on the towns places to visit!
