Had waited over a hour, then tryed to contact them asking where my food was and didn’t get through to them. Then someone picked up phone by mistake and didn’t talk then left phone off so couldn’t get back through to them. And still didn’t get my FOOD!! Really bad service I really do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

It’s really Chinese food. Spicy food same taste when I eaten in china. Different with other Chinese takeaway. If want eat real Chinese food I prefer here.

My order took about an hour, which was 15mins more than what stated on the website. When it arrived, the singapore rice just tasted of curry powder, Hong Kong sauce was literally just sweat and sour dipping sauce and the pork cooked two ways was SO FATTY (about 80%fat to 20%pork) it was inedible. See photos. I called them 6 times to get a replacement pork dish and left two voicemails but they didn't call me back untill after they were closed. When I tried to explain to them that it was the quality of the meat that was the problem he said things like "thats how real Chinese food tastes" and "you've never had real Chinese food before" and "that's how the pork dish comes." after a far too lengthy conversation I explained that I would like a refund since they couldn't get me a replacement dish. He said he would have to ask his boss, which I found puzzling since I paid in cash only an hour previously and I tipped too! Two days later I have not received a phone call or my money through my letter box. I would have liked to have rated them minus stars just for the customer service if I could have. NEVER AGAIN. ...

I have just ordered quite a lot of food and its all very very good especially compared to other deliveries I have received, I’m very pleased
