Really lovely people, nice relaxing space and so good to just float for an hour or two. Highly recommend! Your body literally relaxes so much you feel like you’re floating in space. I would go every week if I could. In fact if I win the lotto, I will be here twice a week, squeezed in between my daily massages and generally being a lady of leisure.

Trudi and Stu - THANK YOU - my first experience and I had the works, except the Sauna , which I am looking forward to trying next time - The Normatec Massage I was sceptical about but this was amazing followed with a an hour float - I was on cloud 9 when I left - Trudi , you provided so much information and support and spent so much time ensuring I was ok , I felt in great hands and looked after, so thank you - cant wait for my next float :-)

I'm so glad I found this place. I've been coming to the Float Room for around 9 months now after I was given a voucher as a Christmas present to try it out. Trudi and Stu are so lovely and friendly, they really take pride in their business and love helping people to feel better. It's a very calm and welcoming environment; everything is always spotless and the tanks always feel so great. I was a little skeptical before I did a float, but now I'm a complete float tank zealot and harp on about it to everyone I know. I find floating really beneficial for general muscle and back pain from exercise and working a desk job, and also to clear my head as I have a very active mind and live with general anxiety. Trudi and Stu do a great job of walking you through the pre, during, and post float process. The first float and the interview beforehand felt a bit daunting, but they are completely worth it - all of the questions are to make sure you're going to be completely prepared for an experience that for most people will be completely new and unlike anything you've ever done before. They also want to ensure that you are the right kind of person for a float tank - that means no fake tan, recent hair colouring, or active menstruation so the water quality doesn't get affected. Trudi will run through all of these factors on the phone beforehand to make sure you're prepared. To the people complaining that they don't have their phone calls answered straight away or that they don't get seen immediately when they walk in unannounced - on the website it's pretty clear that they usually aren't able to answer the phone when you ring because they're busy with clients or preparing the tanks between float sessions. This isn't a huge business with full-time reception staff, it's run by two people working very hard who do everything themselves. Trudi usually returns voicemails or emails within the day and is always lovely to chat to, and Stu is always around to chat and check up on you after the float - whenever I have a session booked, I equally look forward to my float and to catching up with the two of them!

So after several phones calls trying make a booking using my gift voucher, I’ve given up, had my must have “consultation” over the phone, was told I would receive a return phone call to make a booking, which never came, after several calls trying to make a booking I gave up. My wife called past in person, voucher in hand only to be treated rudely, this business pushes relaxation and a zen experience, the customer service tells a complete difference story. Recommend they take up some customer service and people skills. Terrible experience and do not recommend!
