Absolutely shocking customer service from Louise at reception. After having multiple conversations about my membership and her saying she’s added notes saying I could cancel within my term due to my work circumstances which she lied about. Then I received multiple rude and unprofessional emails and was refused a refund for the period the gym was closed during lockdown even though no communication was sent out about them being closed. Would not recommend to anyone.
