The GPS will not going to show you the exactly address but the area. I have been here for my friend assessment and she has had a very good experience. The owner is very involved and capable and people are professional. They give you all the support you need to understand and to attend safety the exercises you or the program. It’s a bit difficult to find but once you attend you will be fine with parking and comfort. Is quite before entering in the Llantrisant leisure parking area on the right side. It’s quite far from Cardiff but well organised.

I have only been going to the FeelGood Factory for two months now and in that short space of time my joints have improved dramatically. I thought I would of ended up with a walking stick as sometimes I couldn't even put a foot on the floor without it being painful. I can now have lovely brisk walks with no pain. I would recommend these chairs and beds to everyone young or old. The people there are fab, it is like a little family, so friendly and caring. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. So easy to talk to and are always there for you. I am so glad I found this place, I have never looked back. Dawn Todd, Brynna.

Me and my beloved have been attending for a year, and love it. You can put as much or as little effort into your workout as you like. Even just sitting on the machines and letting them do the work is beneficial !!! :D I've never been a "Gym Bunny" and never will be, but its helped me in terms of flexibility and toning of my muscles. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is friendly and calming, and now they even have complementary therapists for the total relaxing experience. Its well worth a visit, just to try it out.
