Would give 0 stars if optional. Avoid this surgery! Staff don't seem to care and you just get hung up on every time you try and get through (some secretarys can't be asked doing their jobs)

Tryed all morning to order my meds keeps saying line busy been phoneing from 9am it's now 10am still saying line busy also may I add the receptionist won't let me see the Dr I wont to see an keeps telling me to go to a n e rather than put me through to my Dr an let him tell me if I need to also very badly needed to speak to my Dr about my mental health witch is very very bad wasn't taking seriously was put through to a Dr I didn't know who done nothing about my meds an sent me to someone completely different to talk about my mental health if I had of just been put through to the Dr I won'ted to speak to in the 1st place mby I wouldn't feel like my life isn't worth living thanks alot the group surgery no help or saport meds still haven't been sorted still feeling the same all I won'ted wás to speak to my Dr

Can never get an appointment constantly covid clinic they don't care even if it's for the child instead for the last year unless I've spoken to 2 specific doctors I've ended up going to out of hours or A&E is it any wonder the hospitals are swamped when the gp surgery's are failing to support
