I am really happy with my glasses. The staff were helpful and professional. The eye test was thorough and i received a lot of help when picking out my frames, lots of choices to pick from. I felt very comfortable asking questions about my eye test results, the optometrist was very patient and answered all my questions.

As a long term customer I can easily recommend this for everyone. Staff is very nice, polite and professional, optician as you would expect from professionals. They have a great selection of the frames (all top designers) at reasonable prices. They never try to push me to buy whatever is "on offer" as the "others" - big chains do, just feel like they really care for their customers. I've been there for at least 6-7 years and do not even think to go elsewhere. Thank you 'the eye clinic' for taking care of me

Professional, friendly, and happy to help. Got my first pairs of glasses here, and the team were very helpful with finding the right styles, making adjustments to improve the fit, and getting the perfect prescription.
