Very clean and well kept - basically a small family hotel without the bar and evening restaurant. The room was well appointed with flat screen TV and tea/coffee making, including little touches such as a black towel for the ladies wanting to take off their make-up. We paid £85 for a twin which is top-end pricing in my view for a small B&B but it was a Saturday in half-term. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the city centre but it is quite an easy walk. Car park was safe and the neighbourhood was quiet.
