A lovely store with a great range of products and wonderful staff - Sally in particular went out of her way to help me when I went in there today (give her a pay rise!) - but really I can't think of anywhere with such friendly and helpful staff. Wish I could give six stars!

On Tuesday 31st July my wife fell down the stairs in the Cambridge Store. The staff were brilliant in their handling of what was a distressing time for them, they did all the correct procedures,, calling the paramedics and keeping her comfortable until I could take her back home to Bury St Edmunds . Your staff Ben and Jacquie were so kind and helpful and are worthy of reward. Best staff members this month or whatever. Thank you so much

Great products but terribly disappointed with customer service and lack of flexibility. I bought two identical woolen sweaters (I was not sure of the size and their employee suggested to get two with the clear deal that one of them could have been exchanged for a different product) for a gift in December. I got back in Cambridge in January and we were in lock down. I relocated abroad (15th Jan) and was now simply asking for an exchange as we agreed (the current situation made everything more complicate for all especially if you move abroad). I phoned the manager and the answer was that they extended the exchangeable period till May (which is just one month since the April reopening). I am astonishingly disappointed by the total lack of empathy and will never buy a product there again.
