Fantastic shop great choice and service

Very friendly stuff. They really tried to find my number of the certain model all over UK. After few hours, they called my son and said that the model is sold out. I came back anyway and bought another model, and I am very happy with it. I am definitely come back for some new model when I visit my boy again.

Bought a pair of shoes here yesterday and it was a great experience. The shop staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. We were served by Tuka who was fantastic. We never felt pressured to buy even though Tuka had to find different sizes and styles for us; he was always friendly and professional.

Small store with a good selection. Frequent changes to styles offered while maintaining inventory of the classics. If they don't have your color or style, they can have it in within a week.

Great staff, knowledgable and very helpful. Of course id write that though because what actual kind of mouth breathing, pathetic cretins actually come onto google to moan about minimum wage earning shop assistants in a pandemic? Click lowest reviews to find out!

I should of written this a long time ago but I went into the store before Christmas to decide my own Christmas present (I know terrible) and had chosen a style but not the colour and a wonderful super bubbly friendly member of staff called EB helped me out so much and took her time with me to help decide and she was fabulous. I can’t thank her enough and I really hope she reads this.

Very helpful staff, especially MoMo who helped me select my sandals and exhaustively checked out all the available sizes and colours. My choices made the exchanges at the till were expertly carried out and the transaction secured with the minimum of fuss but the maximum amount of service interaction. An excellent visit to a brilliant shop.

Outstanding level of service from the team. They aren’t about just getting the quick sale, they specialise in ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the fit and feel of the shoes, constantly finding a solution to any worries / query’s about the fit or how they wear in ! Jane was excellent she reassured me how Docs wear in and kept on giving me options of how to get them to fit better and different sizes to suit my needs. She knows how to deliver the best customer experience 🤩
