Utterly, utterly brilliant. The service was fab, the staff so sweet and kind, and the roast?? Oh my god. Phenomenal! The wait for food was long, to be fair, but it was so so worth it. If you're knocking about in Brighton, I highly recommend

Stopped in to maybe grab a bite and a drink while out with friends. Service not that great, had two drink orders (that weren't ours) turn up while we waited for our drinks and had the host approach us about ordering food while still sat there with no drinks. Food delivered and portion size for the side order of chips doesn't correspond to the cost involved. We did try to feed back our opinion (politely) and got told there was no need to be "rude" and didn't really like the way some of the food was delivered to the table with fingers in places where they really shouldn't of been. We paid and left knowing that our opinions on the Dorset have now changed for the worst when it had generally been a good bet for somewhere to be.

We had a huge Christmas party and I was not impressed with the food, main dish beef Wellington which was spicy! The staff didn't know if they where coming or going and no real hospitality! One waitress looked terrified the whole time. When we asked for bits they'd go off and not come back! This was my first time back in 15 yrs and it was rubbish then!

Apauling service, as in NO SERVICE. Sat and waited 25 minutes and no one came near me. The manager even walked past me twice. I Eventually just left. Still , I got to use their WiFi and outdoor heating without having to spend a penny. Great business model! ๐Ÿคฃ
