Been for facial here for the first time and will be the last. Was given a gift voucher for my birthday. When I arrived the lady at reception didn't seem very friendly especially when she found that I had a gift voucher. I later found out she was the owner! She was very unhelpful and kepting insisting they were fully booked that week then another reception staff intervened and said perhaps they could fit me in that afternoon if I came back. The facial only took 15 mins even though it was supposed to be 30 mins. It was ok but "nothing to write home about"; I've had better.

I'm not one to leave reviews but felt that I had to after an amazing facial [Hydradermie by Guinot] treatment yesterday. I'm a regular client and have been visiting DBC for at least 2 years. The staff are very professional and friendly. Thank you DBC for being the "fairy godmother" to my skin!

Awful experience here and won’t be returning again. I went for a Brazilian, hot wax having had several Brazilian waxes over the last few years elsewhere. This experience was painful, rushed and extremely uncomfortable. The beautician in question didn’t wear gloves, she told me to be “quick” and hurriedly piled the wax on, aggressively ripping it off my skin. She then proceeded to strip wax certain areas, meaning that despite paying for a hot wax, the majority of my Brazilian was actually strip waxed - the hair hasn’t properly been removed and my skin is now itchy, lumpy and red. I always have a hot wax due to sensitive skin, so this has been a nightmare for me. I have since been very sore and the area is very sensitive, even now almost a week later. I’m now really nervous to try elsewhere and certainly won’t be returning again. If you’re looking for a good quality hot wax from a trained professional, don’t go here.

Had a course of 10 CACI sessions and I am sooo pleased with the results! I have only just turned 30 and wanted to achieve more youthful appearance naturally and the results are exactly what I wanted - more defined jawline, lifted eyelids and cheeks. My therapist Alexandra was professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Will be back for more treatments soon!

What can I say? I love this place! I've been a regular at Didsbury Clinic for 4 years for my gel nail manicures, threading and waxing. Their attention to detail is fantastic and people often ask where I get my nails and eyebrows done. Not only are they great at what they do, the salon environment is relaxing and friendly. I can't recommend it enough!
