Went to see Emma for a gait analysis. It was fantastic. Had a really in depth discussion about my running, any aims, and any problems I was having. Throughout the assessment everything was explained really clearly with all my questions answered. Emma talked through the treadmill videos to show where, and how, I could improve. The final run on the treadmill being given pointers on how to correct my form was invaluable. Overall an excellent session and investment. I'm looking forward to future sessions.

Great sports massage. Really got to the root of my shoulder issue. Emma was great at assessing the problem and, more importantly, communicating it to me. Convenient venue, easy parking. Will be back.
