Food was good - could have been hotter in places - chips mainly - but chicken still juicy and rare steak spot on. Service abominable from our 'waitress' who clearly thought she was too good for her job. Never have I been asked to stack our plates before we leave before!

Although the grill had broken down unexpectedly we were able to have a meal.We were phoned in good time to go elsewhere if we wished as the repair would take about an hour. Much improved this year.

I am a carer and took my disabled client here for food. He ordered steak, so was able to use the salad bar. He does not like salad so I was going to have his salad as I have done many many times previously. Manager said I was not allowed to do this and demanded I pay. If he is paying for salad surely it's up to him what he does with it? Absolutely ridiculous. Server very rude. It was clear she was dealing with someone who had learning disabilities but showed no kindness or respect whatsoever. Will be taking this treatment up with head office, as my client was very distressed after this incident.

Saturday morning treat while spending time with my daughter. We were seated in a timely manner by a friendly lady. We were told that Harry would be serving us and started to look through the menu. As normal my daughter checked the allergen menu on line. There is a new way of taking your order, drinks, toasted items and cereals. Unfortunately, our server didn't tell us that so we were quite confused that he hadn't asked about our hot items. Once our food order was taken it didn't take very long for our food to arrive, as usual my daughter had lots of eggs and hash browns! I changed it up and had pancakes with fruit. Both meals were delicious. We did have a couple of issues with parts of our visit but a telephone call to the manager and they will be dealt with. Overall we were happy. We are also looking forward to visiting again soon

Just went to have breakfast and was a little late for my booking. 11:20 and was turned down due to orders stopping at 11:15. I could understand this if it wasn’t for the fact that the online booking offers 11:15 booking time for breakfast! When explaining this the member of staff wasn’t interested at all. Not a problem I’ll go elsewhere but what a load of rubbish.

Really nice staff but quality of food has gone massively downhill over the last few years. Prices haven't come down to match though. Our family visited for breakfast with Santa but they were unable to serve any of our first choice items.
