Water could have been a bit warmer but it was a cold day and was raining so wasn't an issue... small groups which is great so lots of space. Session of 1hr 30min is good length and the whole experience was relaxing. However it is not cheap at all though for what it is....

The Cross Bath was an ok experience for me. The water temperature was not warm enough for me on a day in late May, and it's situated outside. I was shivering about 10 minutes into my session, which was disappointing since you are able to stay for 1.5 hours. That wasn't possible for me because I was too cold and unable to relax. The shower was actually warmer than the thermal water. It's nice because it is limited to 10 people per session, but unfortunately, the day I went had a group of 7 college students who weren't respecting the essence of a spa, and the bath employees didn't do much to make the atmosphere more comfortable and relaxing. The staff apologized as I was leaving, but it would have been more appropriate to try and fix the situation in my opinion.

Nice time enjoyed the waters. But pricey but it's the cheapest option in bath.

Great audio tour or guided walk if this is your thing. Need to watch your footing as some uneven. Don't think it is good for smaller children as their is not much to entertain them. However they do have an audio tour for slightly older children. Staff is really frieny and helpful. There is a lift for disabled people to use as it spreads over two floors. Do take the park and ride option as parking and getting around within Bath is a bit of a nightmare.

OMG what an amazing place. It is a hidden gem, just beautiful. We booked it as a real treat, but also because our 12 year old was too young to go in the rooftop spa opposite. Incredible luxurious experience in a sacred space.

Awesome experience. Very relaxing and intimate as the number of people there during each time slot is restricted to 10. Water is a perfect temperature to allow you to stay in for the full 1.5 hours without getting cold and without needing a break from the heat
