I honestly dont know folk are saying reception staff are rude they must be going somewhere else cause everyone of the staff are lovely and always try to do their best cause after all working with the public is darn hard and the staff can only do their best as they are not miracle workers as it's a busy doctors so if you dont like it here then leave ,I have been with this surgery since birth so I know what I'm talking about

Two stars are for the doctors. How do you hire your receptionists? They are all very rude and have no manners. Can someone please teach these women how to talk to people?

The receptionist always treated the patient not well by raising her voice on the patient and not smiling. I hope to give them some etiquette and excellent customer service. thank you so much

This has been the best doctor surgery i’ve been to. Dr Oates - i cannot thank her enough. I was diagnosed with a condition that is rare and i know thousands have struggled with for years, and she knew right away. With Dr Oates knowledge and taking what i said seriously, i didn’t have to go through the horrendous struggle thousands have. I also want to give a big shot out to Liz the receptionist as she has so friendly and always took the time to ask how i was and is just an asset to the place! I am going to miss this practice and i am really worried i won’t receive the same in my new doctors as i’ve now moved. Thank you so much for looking after me x
