My favourite place in town cause I t just feels like home. The Club is definitely a place to be cherished as Brighton’s only diy venue and community centre. So many activities take place at the Cowley and everything is run by volunteers. Amazing gigs, tasty food nights, bar nights while you can meet like minded people. Stop by, ring the bell, a volunteer will open the door for you and GET INVOLVED! This is a safe space!

If you like to get off the beaten track with something different the cowley club is a great place. Has a bad rap because its an Anarchists club but you wont find a more reasonably priced place in Brighton for a beer and they put on amazing music nights. Well worth a visit

Interesting little venue. Went to see a couple of acoustic punk acts, and throughly enjoy my evening. Drinks reasonably priced (for Brighton), nearest car park is London Road, again reasonably priced for Brighton.
