Nothing but enjoyment and a great atmosphere here. No horrible powerlifters hogging equipment and incredibly friendly and welcoming staff! There's a great mix of classes from strength and conditioning to yoga, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional whilst also motivating in their delivery. There is a great social atmosphere in the gym so even as a new member I feel like I fit straight in!

Excellent light, spacious gym with lots of new machines and a large functional area. I have rated this gym so highly I am a chiropractor and I send all my clients here for rehab training under the guidance of Calvin because I trust him so much. His knowledge, adaptability and people skills mean you will feel welcome at this gym. You really should try and your first class is free!
