The Coach House – Patcham brighton

Just been for afternoon tea at this cosy and delightful place. The food was delicious and plentiful. We were greeted with politeness and warmth. This continued throughout our meal. Service was very attentive but not intrusive. Our baby was well catered for with a high chair and space thanks largely to the lovely secret garden. We couldn't finish it all (as much as we wanted to) and we were provided with boxes to take our remainders. I would recommend this little gem hidden away in old Patcham.

A small cafe with a big garden area, everything is freshly made to order,cakes are home made. Good friendly crew always happy to help. You must try the afternoon tea it really is top value.

Love the Coach House's food! The cake is exceptional and the sandwiches are fresh made to order with high quality ingredients. Great service too, I'll always stop in when I'm in the area.

Wow, what a find! Just had a delicious breakfast and cappuccino at this cute and cosy cafe. Tucked away it’s a great find and I’ll be going back again soon. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble...all served with a smile. Amazing and thank you xxx

Beautiful place, amazing courtyard garden and the food was fantastic! Took some cakes with us for our journey and they were amazing.

Delicious food, lovely venue and great service. I had the smashed avocado, scrambled eggs and chorizo and can't wait to go again soon!

Since re-opening I've been here twice. The first time, great, lovely sandwich and friendly staff, the second time, the opposite. The chef clearly didn't want to be there. I'd ordered a tuna sandwich and literally got bread (no choice) and tuna, nothing else, no salad etc, felt like an overpriced petrol station sandwich.

Im traveling the UK with my girlfriend. Ended up here on the way out of Brighton and got happily surprised how great it was! Personally i had the best breakfast so far in the UK! Super fresh vegetarian breakfast also vegan options. Staff is very friendly! U made our day 😁 thx guys
