Always helpful pleasant , staff , especially Sue.Often find a little promotion .Generally a bit more expensive than other supermarkets but that could be the COOP cares for staff environment and animal welfare.

Convenient, some good offers, co-op points via members card, some free from goods too.

Well stocked with good products. Great staff.

The afternoon shift at this store were absolute angels today and proved that excellent customer service doesn't have to come at a price. I was visiting Patcham for the first time and I had travelled from Whitehawk. My phone had my bus ticket on it and was about to die, so I thought I'd go in and ask for directions to walk home, as I didn't really have any other options. The staff informed me that it would, in fact, have taken me two hours to walk home, so they offered to charge my phone for me for about half an hour. I told them I didn't have any money so I wouldn't be able to buy anything and they were completely fine with me staying there for free. The two young ladies that helped me were absolutely amazing - They were kind, patient and accommodating! I was even offered a stool to sit on whilst it was charging. Thanks to their support, I made it home in one piece. I don't know what I would have done without them. I didn't catch their names, but I'd like to thank them personally for helping me out!

Well I wanted a casserol veg mix, they had none. I wanted a casserol sauce, they had none. Landed up buying beans.

This coop is open after refurbishment in September. It has a few more fridges. For a general review, this is a nice coop usually well stocked, has a fairly wide range and pleasant staff.

6 September 2021 & the Co-op is currently closed. I understand it is under going a refit & will be selling more products thsn of late. I will try & keep this review updated to let you know when it's reopened
