Great bank - and the in branch customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Staff are friendly and go out their way to help - no matter what your query is. Very undertstanding of 'real life' money matters. I'd feel more than comfortable approaching them about any financial issue. Exactly what you need from your bank.

Great bank for business use. Only draw back is they have not got there own banking app yet for mobiles. Which would be very helpful as i seem to always have a problem logging in to my online account via mobile and dont always have access to a tablet. Considering moving bank in the near future because of this.
