I have had no issues with the city of Liverpool college. When i was much younger i attended clarence street and did a computer course which was good. Recently enrolled for the art centre, process was very simple and everything i need to know such as calendar, finance, etc all on my online portal. i'll update my feedback over the course of the year

Teachers were OK but I've never seen anything so disorganised. Everytime I had to speak to non-teaching staff was like pulling teeth - did not care. Neglectful is the most apt word I can think of.

(Computing department) 15 weeks no teacher, awful communication between staff and students, units being limited to Passes because the college cannot write assignments. terrible college. would rather just get a job.

Open evening was not great at all, didn't explain anything, didn't mention many important things, didn't know what to say, no one to one talk about the career path i wanted to take as it was basically the person talking to every one who walked into the room all at the same time. Overall it was just very poor.

The team handling my application have been fantastic, answering emails really swiftly during what must be a very busy time of the year 🙂

The college was really discriminative of people with special needs has huge safe guarding issues aswell. And the fact that the college only replies to positive reviews really shows you how things are. In June 2020 a woman from the college said she would get back to me about apprenticeships never heard from her again. I was 16 when I started and got no support but there was people much older than me with support .

Poor college communication is awful. I rang regarding a bursery no information from anyone I left a voicemail nobody got back to me. My son started a plastering course finally took them all there time to get back to him on his start date tutors when on strike almost immediately after starting they don't seem to care about the students.

I’m currently studying at this college and it’s amazing. The tutors are helpful, friendly and they’re excellent teachers. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
