I had a fabulous experience at Charm massage therapy. The treatment room was tranquil and tastefully decorated and Ami instantly made me ease and I felt comfortable throughout. The massage itself was also outstanding. Ami paid attention on my shoulders & neck area and it was firm yet relaxing which was exactly what I needed. Thank you Ami. Will definitely go back ☺️

My first massage with my partner and Ami and Ann were very welcoming and understanding. They regularly communicated with us to check how we felt and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. Would happily spend another 60 minutes with them!

My partner booked me a 60 minute massage with Ami and it was wonderful! Ami greeted me at the door, led me to the massage room, it was beautifully decorated with Japanese artwork and candles and diffuser. A choice of pressure, and it was so well carried out. Thanks so much Ami, loved it! Highly recommend!

What a treat! Tastefully decorated, great facilities and the “wonderful Ami” all contributed to a tranquil yet revitalising massage. Ami’s skill as a masseuse is evident in every stroke, releasing tension, muscle spasm and eventually culminating in a soothing and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you so much for my fantastic massage with Ami. It was the highlight of my week! Ami was very professional and the excellent massage took into account everything I had mentioned on the pre-treatment form. The venue was also brilliant, and I particularly appreciated the warm treatment couch. I have already recommended you to friends - thank you so much!
