There are many different options and I tried them all except the cold bucket dump and instead opted to cool off by rubbing ice cubes where I could stand it. I enjoyed everything about it, the surroundings with low but adequate lighting, the soft relaxing music and alternating between various saunas and steam rooms and cooling down in rain or massage shower... so beneficial and relaxing! My fave was the eucalyptus steam room. Staff is most pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go again and this time with a friend!

Incredible little getaway. It was so nice having the whole place to ourselves and for 2 hours. All saunas, steam rooms and shower are great along with the full body and shoulder massage chairs. So fun and unique. What a cool place! 100% will be back!

Did not get a chance to experience. Wish there was a 0 option. Wanted to buy a gift card for someone and was not allowed to buy a general gift card. I had to select what they would want! Disgusting and extremely poor customer service. Owner not available. If this is any insight as to their customer service, stay far far away. I rarely post reviews. If you don’t believe me try to buy a gift card where the recipient can choose what services they want!!!!

This was a wonderful and relaxing way to spend time with my Mom. We had no idea what to expect and it was ahhhhhh-mazing. We were able to book a private session so it was a real treat to be alone. There are verious saunas and steam rooms as well as very nice relaxation rooms. It was very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. This is definitely a gem of an oasis and if you were even thinking of checking it out, you absolutely must! I can't wait to go back.
