We were having a lovely night out with friends, until one of our drinks went missing. Politely told bar staff we were missing a drink? Only to be met with hostility instead of just getting my friend her drink they refused too, and didn't want to give her a refund either. Manager eventually got my friend her drink, but was so rude!! All male staff on that night and not very female friendly I would have sadly got better service in a straight bar, not good when your own community treat you with less respect. Such a shame as we were enjoying our night up until then, the garden and drinks were nice but wont be going back till they have better staff.
