Attend the surgery on Friday as part of the walking services provided. My mum was not well from the night before. Explained this to the reception, whom made a unprofessional comment. Waited to be seen. Mum's conditions deteriorated enlist waiting. Approached the reception desk again. Again was fobedd off. As a result of approaching the desk. We were the last patients to be seen by the GP. Patient's whom came after us we seen before. Two and half hours later we see by the GP. Upon reviewing my mum's condition GP was very concerned with my mum's condition and made arrangements for to attend hospital. Extremely poor service from the reception.

Awful service on many occasions by reception staff. Many have a blunt attitude and are downright rude and unsympathetic. I've felt like crying at times when on phone to them. Always send me to Allerton surgery saying 'there are no Drs here at Carlton!'. Its a surgery for god's sakes! I'm appalled at the lack of care and empathy! Would definitively give a 0 if I could! Staff should be monitored and further training should be given!

My mum and dad recently joined this surgery, hoping that this would be better to the absolute joke the last one was. My dads 84 and there's no such thing as having his meds on repeat, where they get delivered to him automatically. He's been on the meds for over 10 years, and he needs them every month. He doesn't know how to use the Internet, and he can't walk to the surgery, he struggles to walk within his own house. if he remembers he tells one of his kids to order his meds. So we can't order them over the phone for him we have to go to the surgery. When there we have to fill out a little slip which says what meds it is that he needs. So we have to ensure before we go we write down the names of the several meds that he's on. Even when the meds are ordered, what's to say they'll arrive on time. I'm sick to death of having to go to the pharmacy and request emergency supplies from them.

Absolutely awful service. Do not care about patients. I have been hospital for a month. Questions why and who told me to isolate? When i have just had key hole surgery . Meant to have stitches out between 7 /10 days ,booked me an appointment to go into the surgery.??? Which I refused. Still waiting for a nurse to contact me to arrange to come to the house. Clearly no government guidelines are being followed at this surgery 🙄. Left feeling extremely concerned confused and anxious
