Bad customer service.

1.0/ 5

We’ve been good customers for nearly 30 years. Normally dealt with Martin who was always courteous and professional. It seems he has left and dealing with Ray has been anything but a pleasure. He’s rude, dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes made. We will go elsewhere in the future, as the Caravan Hospital does not deserve our business.

I would have given nil stars if I could. Terrible work. They charged big bucks (more than anyone else locally) to seal a rear corner where the back joins the side. Three years later, inside that corner is wringing wet, and it turns out that the work they did is where water has been getting in, probably for the last three years. A dreadful cowboy amateurish job that will cost me £1500 minimum to put right, and it should never have been a problem again after The Caravan Hospital did its 'work'. Also, they caused damage to the motor mover that they shouldn't have touched, but agreed to fix it free as it was their fault. When I went to get the caravan, they demanded the cost of the parts - they said 'fixing it free' only meant the labour. So I paid up - no option, they had my caravan. I'll certainly never go near them again. ADDENDUM. Just got the damp issue fixed after it was kept in dry storage overwinter. The cost was £1445. That's £1445 caused entirely by amateurish work by the Caravan Hospital. Cowboys.

Please stay away from this company. Fitted a spare wheel and carrier wrong to my motorhome parts supplied by Bailey's, left the spare wheel loose which ment if failed its first MOT. They then blamed everyone else for their shocking workmanship. Also managed to leave dirt stain mark on interior seat.

We took our New Motorhome to have its first Habertation check Big mistake we left van there couple of days they rang to say it passed with flying colours great we thought. So picked it up took home and put water in to see if was OK. There was a Horrendous noise rang them straight away they said bring Van back in morning witch we did the Guy that done the Habertation check said its the pressure switch diaphragm needs replacing witch he got one in stock great. He took it apart and water started to sprout out under our bed. We screamed water he walked to office to get blue roll tissue just aswell we had toilet roll in van as we moped water up. He then tried another twice same water spouting out by this time I'm in Tears went to office to complain the owner came our jumped in our van and drove to work shop .We were fabergasted. Left us standing. Came back told us it's OK for now but he will order a new pressure switch ok we said. That's been almost 8weeks emails back and forth .So this week we took Van to our Garage that done our old van and we Trust .He saided we need to replace pressure switch that we knew but The Lesisire Battery Was BLACK dangerous this should have been picked up on Habertation check never again will we go to The Caravan hospital ti's is our story a Nightmare
