Having used this car wash for years and as a local who loves to support small businesses I have to say I am so disappointed in how the level of service in this car wash has deteriorated recently. Customer service and standard of wash was always so professional but recently (on more than one occasion) when I've attended, the standard of the wash is well below par and the attitudes of the staff (many of whom I no longer recognise from the usual faces who've run the place for the last few years) has been shocking...No longer a friendly, local service. I sadly won't be back and would advise others to go elsewhere...My 6 year old grandson could do a better job and also has better manners.

Left car for a mini-valet and came back to it with damage to passenger side front wing. The guy in the photo refused to take responsibility saying "damage was there before he started cleaning". This was completely untrue - don't use them.
