Visited recently just for a quick pint and some pudding. Absolutely fantastic interior and pub garden looking out onto a body of water - perfect for wedding shoots. The beer selection is very limited, however the staff and atmosphere makes up for it. The food and drinks prices are astronomical, but I must say the food was delightful.

5/ 5

Visited this hotel with a friend who is wheelchair bound. Every effort was made by staff to explain emergency procedures and to make us comfortable. Our room was great and all the food was amazing and catered for my vegan diet without any trouble. The afternoon tea is not to be missed. Hopefully, we can use the pool and spa on our next visit here.

We went for a relaxed drink ,sitting outside. We were disappointed because the outside area didn't have lights not even candles. You couldn't see where you are sitting. Apart from that the biggest disappointment was the fact that someone thought it was right to pee outside, close to where we were sitting. You don't expect such behaviour in a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing experience, the hotel was cold, the explanation was that they don't turn on the heating

1/ 5

Disappointing experience, the hotel was cold, the explanation was that they don't turn on the heating until the 31st of October...does that even make sense?if the temperatures have already dropped how can the heating be off in a hotel? The quality of the food wasn't the best either. The best part of the hotel was the spa area...saying that, the steaming room and the showers weren't working. I have been in better places for half of the price.
